Product Guarantee: cat furniture
Cat’s Paw Designs will guarantee the construction and stability of all our feline furniture and scratching posts for three years. This does not include wear and tear to the carpet or the sisal rope as some cats are more aggressive than others in their habits.
Our guarantee applies to normal indoor use by your cats. The guarantee will be voided by using the products outside, misuse or use by humans.

You must email Cat’s Paw Designs at: catspawdesigns@earthlink.net
within three business day after receiving your order to request a return authorization number. Only unused products free of catnip spray, hair, stains, cuts or tears can be returned. All products must be returned in the original packaging and shipping box. If you paid via credit card, a credit to your account will be issued. If you paid by check, a refund check will issued. All products MUST meet our unused return condition requirements. Shipping charges are NOT REFUNDABLE. You may choose a credit to future orders if you wish. (Please understand, once an item has been used we are unable to accept a return due to health and safety regulations.)
If the order has been shipped and is cancelled or refused the return policy applies and a cancellation fee of 25% will be charged. cat furniture
